Report a rights concern.

What to send

Email support@gsdindex.com with:

1. The exact GSD Index page URL and the material you are reporting.
2. A description of the work or right involved, with an original source link or other supporting information.
3. Your name, reply email and whether you are the rights holder or their authorized representative.
4. The action you are requesting, such as removal, a correction or a credit change.

For a copyright report, please also include your good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law, a statement that your report is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your typed signature. We still review ordinary concerns without requiring a legal form. Do not include unnecessary private documents.

How reports are handled

We review the material and supporting information, may request clarification, and may restrict, correct or remove material while reviewing a concern. We may contact the submitter for a response and share the substance needed to investigate, without publishing your private contact details. An attribution or source link is not itself proof of permission. A report or a submitter’s assertion does not itself decide a legal question.

This email is our general rights-complaint channel. We do not represent it as a registered DMCA designated agent or claim safe-harbor status on this page. This process does not replace formal legal routes that may apply.

GSD Index branding, original articles and interface elements are identified as our own. Third-party photographs, marks and quoted or sourced materials remain subject to their respective rights. Public facts, original compilations and underlying creative works are not the same thing; this notice does not claim ownership of a dog’s factual results or grant permission to reuse someone else’s work.

AKC, GSDCA, USCA, SV and WUSV names describe sources and organizers. GSD Index owner-verification badges and Index ratings are ours and do not imply organization approval. For factual or ownership disputes, use support and corrections.
