GSD Index is an independent German Shepherd directory and competition guide. We connect dog profiles, documented parentage, published results and practical explanations in one place.
What we publish
Dog & competition records
Profiles identify the source of a result or pedigree. Event pages keep the year, class and published finish together. An independent rating has separate evidence requirements.

GSD Index is the credited publisher. Public support: support@gsdindex.com. Support & publisher information. References identify the organizations behind the underlying rules and records. They are not endorsements or article reviewers.
A named author or specialist reviewer will have a public biography, an identified contribution and a dated credit. No specialist review is claimed for guides without that credit.
How we research, review and correct contentOwner contributions
Owners can claim a dog and submit supporting records. Useful evidence includes registration documents, sourced pedigrees, official result links and photographs with permission to publish.
Independent results. Separate advertising.
Paid directory and stud services do not buy a better competition finish or independent rating. The “GSD Index owner verified” badge describes our completed ownership review, not registry certification, a medical or breeding recommendation.
